1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
3 teaspoons Dijon mustard
8 pounds beef stock
1 1/2 cups water
In a medium saucepan, combine lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, brown sugar, mustard, beef stock and water. Bring to a boil.
Bring mixture to a boil, being careful not to boil. Boil for 1 hour, stirring frequently.
