3 (10 ounce) packages instant dry onion soup mix
1 (3 ounce) package instant dry beef soup mix
2 cups water
2 eggs
2 cups veggie broth
2 cups shredded cabbage
3 carrots, sliced
1 (15 ounce) can green beans, drained
1 pound lean ground beef
1 pound processed cheese food, sliced
Place ingredients into the slow cooker in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
Cover and cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours.
Remove cover and cook on Low for 5 to 7 hours.
Remove meat and vegetables from mixture and let stand 4 hours.
Stir into the slow cooker, liquid should be thick.
Stir into the slow cooker and cook on Low for 2 to 3 hours.
Return meat mixture to the pot and stir in the egg, water, veggies, cabbage, carrots and green beans. Cook over Low for 8 hours.
