4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 (3 ounce) package dry ranch dressing mix
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 large crepe or taco shape
1 cup crushed tomatoes
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 (10 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers
Preheat the broiler.
Remove the chicken from the oven. Season with ranch dressing mix, oil, and crepe mixture. Coat thoroughly, turning chicken once.
Place the chicken in a shallow baking dish. Garnish with tomatoes, onion, and peppers.
Bake uncovered 20 minutes in the preheated oven, turning once. Broil 10 minutes, or until chicken and vegetables are tender.
