2 cups dry potatoes
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 clove garlic, minced
1 large apple, peeled, cored and diced
1/2 teaspoon dried Italian dry basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
salt and pepper to taste
6 cups parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix together potatoes, butter, and 2 cloves of garlic. Spread mixture onto a 2 quart baking dish. Top with apple slices, basil, oregano, salt and pepper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes and cheese will melt. You may leave cheese on.
