1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
4 eggs
2 cups water
1 (30 ounce) can frozen mixed vegetables
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour three 9-inch-square baking pans.
Sift together the mozzarella cheese, Swiss cheese, chopped onion and eggs.
Mix water, mixed vegetables, Parmesan cheese, salt, Italian seasoning, pepper and garlic powder. Mix thoroughly; add to cheese mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour. Remove pan from oven and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Stir mixture into mozzarella cheese mixture; stir until cooked down. Stir in bacon bits. If desired, dip in egg white.
Pour mixture into 12 long baking pans. Cool for 2 hours. Drain on paper towels; serve warm or at room temperature.
