2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
3 eggs
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (8 ounce) can evaporated milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and baking powder. Mix in brown sugar, eggs and milk and stir in the vanilla.
Spread the batter into the prepared pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
