1 (18 ounce) package white cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1/2 cup coconut cream
1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate, chopped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 8-inch round pans.
In a large bowl, stir together cake mix, eggs, oil, oil, vanilla, whipping cream, and vanilla. Make a note of the directions. Fold in the sugar and coconut cream. Spread evenly into the prepared pans.
Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
