1/2 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoons salt
1 (6 ounce) chunk chicken meat
1 packet ranch dressing mix
Melt butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir chicken until skin is dark brown. Remove chicken from skillet; scrape bone out of fat and discard. Place egg in skillet. Coat with ranch seasoning mix.
Add chicken to skillet; saute over medium heat, turning rib cuts often, until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear. Serve with butter or margarine cubes.
