2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
3 onions, chopped
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
3 tablespoons butter, melted
Place potatoes on a peel pan. Cover them with onions in a single layer. Cover the potatoes with cheese. Place milk and butter in a medium saucepan and microwave over high heat until melted.
Lightly butter the edge of the foil. Place the potatoes in the foil and sprinkle with melted butter and cheese.
Arrange the vegetables in the foil. Place a layer of stuffing over the vegetables. Repeat with the potatoes, onions and cheese. Cover completely with foil. Place filling in foil and microwave on high heat until filling is bubbly and cheese is melted.
