Tracie's Best Apple Muffins Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup apples - peeled, cored, and chopped

1/2 cup quick-cooking oats

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

2 eggs

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 cup butter, softened

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup white sugar

1/2 cup canned apples

1/2 cup raisins

1/2 cup raisins (optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a muffin pan.

In a large bowl, combine apples, oats, and all-purpose flour. Stir in the eggs, baking soda, cinnamon, and butter. Stir together, and pour into prepared muffin cups.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into a small part comes out clean.

In a large bowl, mix together brown sugar, white sugar, apples, raisins, and raisins.
