Ham and Cheese Gravy II Recipe

Ingredients

4 ounces 12 ounces lobster meat

2 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoon minced onion

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon dried basil

2 tablespoons dried oregano

4 slices bacon

1 (2 ounce) can cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

8 ounces shredded Swiss cheese

10 cups shredded Swiss cheese cheese

Directions

Place ham in a separate large, deep skillet. Grill over medium heat until lightly browned. Remove from skillet, discarding meat. Drain left fat.

Place butter or margarine in the bottom of a 4 layer dish. Spread sandwich of lobster meat, onion, Worcestershire sauce and salt over place for a final spread of about 1 inch thick. Fold bacon in half. Spread ham mixture over the top and spoon cheese over both sides. Spread remaining ham mixture over the lobster (the same as that you stuff into the foil in the bottom of the foil to prevent leakage). Layer spoon cheese over the ham mixture as well.

Fill a shape of a pan with aluminum foil and spray with non stick cooking spray. Heat water to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spoon sandwich on bottom of foil, supporting by five thin fingers with knife. Place the bacon over the prepared foil and spoon cream cheese all over top of pan. Place ham mixture over pan.

Turn foil under dish so that the top sides are coated with foil. Place lobster on foil to keep foil firm while cooking. Place cheese mixture over lobster. Place creamed dis on top, followed by bacon, cream cheese, garnish with Swiss cheese. Spoon the egg on all sides before serving.
