4 eggs
1 (3 ounce) package instant coffee granules
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Beat the eggs, quickly to thicken. Scoop the sugar mixture into the crust, divide and mix in the flour and peanut butter. Beat in the melted chocolate chips. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
