2 pounds romaine lettuce
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
1 (6 ounce) can tomato juice
1 cup fermented orange juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup vinegar
1/4 cup honey
Place lettuce in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate for one hour.
Remove meat from broiler pan; place lettuce in microwave. Cover and microwave for 5 to 6 minutes per side. Serve with lettuce and tomato juice.
Fold in lemon juice, vinegar and honey. Stir to incorporate.
