2 pounds boneless chicken meatballs
1/2 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 (16 ounce) can baked beans
1/4 cup melted margarine
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). In a medium bowl, mix the butter, brown sugar, pepper and salt; brush mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake uncovered at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 7 to 8 hours. Remove meatballs and brown sugar mixture from oven.
Meanwhile, heat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and cook meatballs and brown sugar mixture, stirring occasionally, until meatballs are no longer pink. Drain grease from meatballs; pat mixture into each meatball.
Remove meatballs from oven and brush with margarine. Place meatballs in oven. Bake additional 30 minutes, until meatballs are golden brown.
