1/3 cup peaches, pitted and sliced
1/3 cup sliced almonds
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup diced peaches
In a small bowl, layer the peaches, almonds, sugar, vanilla extract, chopped peaches and peaches. Chill overnight in refrigerator.
When ready to use, roll into 1/2 inch slices and roll the slices around the peaches. Cut each slice into 3 squares. Place one piece of each square on a large baking sheet lined with waxed paper. Brush alternating browns and whites onto the rolls.
Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven, or until lightly browned. Cool and cut into desired shapes.
