1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 (15 ounce) can tomato paste
1/2 onion, chopped
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 (10 ounce) package corn tortilla chips
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with tomato paste, onion, bell pepper and corn tortilla chips. Place onto prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 35 minutes.
Bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes to 1 hour.
