1 (3 ounce) package sour cream
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium mixing bowl, mix sour cream and cream cheese. Add blended cream cheese and sugar; beat until smooth. Mix in egg, lemon juice and vanilla extract; beat into the cream cheese mixture until well blended. Pour pastry on top of cream cheese mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let fall from the pan. Cool completely on a wire rack.
