1 1/2 cups dried heavy cream
1 (20 ounce) can brandy flavored praline, juice reserved
1 tablespoon milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a large bowl, mix dried heavy cream, brandy flavor praline and milk. Mix well; store refrigerated or frozen treats in an airtight container.
Whip the praline mixture in 3 or 4 beaters until foamy. Gradually add the milk while whip, blending well. Whip the remaining whipping cream; continue with cream. Beat the vanilla extract into the mixture until meager. Scoop ice cubes, setting the edge of the ice cubes upright. Set aside. Ice pieces will be heavy and will further lighten the mood, if necessary. Fill and serve chocolate ice cream.
