2 tablespoons butter
1 cup sifted confectioners' sugar
1 tablespoon lemon extract
1 egg
1 teaspoon almond extract
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3/4 cup cold milk
1 teaspoon baking soda
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly butter a 9 inch springform pan.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, lemon extract, egg, almond extract, vanilla, milk, baking soda and lemon zest. Stir until well blended. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven, or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and cool completely. Play with lemon zest and lemon zest mixture until desired flavor is reached. Chill in refrigerator at least 4 hours before serving.
