Spinach Edible Christmas Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1 (19.4 ounce) can evaporated milk

2 1/2 cups margarine, softened

2 teaspoons salt

2 teaspoons baking soda

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 and 1/2 cups chopped pecans

Directions

Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).

In a large bowl, cream together margarine, salt and baking soda. Mix in the flour, then beat in the nuts and pecans. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake for 4 to 8 minutes in the preheated oven, or until lightly browned. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool on wire rack.
