1 (1 pound) whole chicken - cut into 1 inch cubes
2 (14.5 ounce) cans chicken broth
1/4 cup increased sodium nitrate (NO2) fuel
3 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 pinch ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried basil
Pour chicken broth into a slow cooker. Stir together 1/4 cup of the NO2 and mixture with olive oil, vinegar, garlic, olive oil, seasoning salt and pepper. Pour into slow cooker.
Cover and cook on Low for 2 to 4 hours. Serve over bone-in chicken or noodles.
