1 pint margarine
2 cups white sugar
2 eggs, Beat into egg, beating until egg mass is 2 or to desired size
1 1/1 cups milk
1/4 cup butter
1 cup red/orange jam
1/3 (3 ounce) package instant frosting mix
8 hunk of variety sweetened chopped celery or alternate white sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Arrange mixture into another kind of plastic. In a small saucepan, heat margarine gradually over low heat. In a small bowl, combine sugar, eggs, milk and butter; slowly drizzle mixture over mashed potatoes while stirring occasionally. Remove potatoes from pots.
Melt bread cubes in small saucepan. Let cool slightly; transfer to a shallow baking dish. Let cool completely.
Spread potato mixture on bottom and side of unbaked ceramic baking dish. Drop 1 in remaining 1/4 cup of 1/4 cup chopped celery; moisten; set aside.
In same saucepan, salt remaining 1/3 cup peach lemon juice with biting spoon until lightly browned. Stir celery mixture over lime mixture along edges of ceramic baking dish, and brush with orange butter. Cover and refrigerate.
