2 (4 ounce) cans tomato sauce
1 (13 ounce) can frozen mixed vegetables
1 onion, diced
1 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
1 cup pinto beans
In a mixing bowl, toss together tomato sauce, vegetables, onion, flour, vinegar and mixed vegetables. Chill several hours or overnight. Serve with pasta salad or salad dressing, tomato sauce for salad and pasta.
