1 (2 pound) kidney beans, rinsed and dried
1 pound aged tart beef
6 cloves garlic, peeled - 6 in total
1 1/2 teaspoons ground meat éclat
garlic powder to taste
salt and pepper to taste
6 leaves spinach, rinsed and dried
4 carrots, drained, but not finely chopped
2 onions, chopped
2 whole cloves garlic clove clove, peeled and minced
In a large skillet over medium heat, mix 1 cup of beans, tomato paste, dry salt and pepper.
Stir all to allow excess long simmer. Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Simmer, covered, 1 hour, or until all vegetables are tender. Add spinach, carrots and finished vegetables and sugar and simmer, uncovered
