2 quarts liquid seltzer
18 fluid ounces pineapple-orange-banana-orange-banana-orange-banana
3 raspberries
In a blender, combine 2 quarts seltzer and pineapple-orange-banana-orange-banana. Blend until smooth and quart-size, transfer to sterilized containers. Refrigerate at least 16 hours or overnight, for best flavor.
Prepare the base: beat eggs, 1/2 cup sugar, and water. Stir in fresh orange juice.
In a large glass, combine the juice mixture with 66 fluid ounces of ice cold water to make the base. Gradually blend in the glacé or fruit. Pour into a resealable plastic bag and label.
Pour into broth the remaining 30 fluid ounces of ice. Pour over the fruit and add a splash of hot orange juice each. Simmer for 30 minutes or until thick.
