1 (4 pound) whole chicken
1 onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1/3 cup spaghetti sauce
3 (10 ounce) cans condensed chicken and rice soup
salt to taste
garlic powder to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Prepare the sauce by boiling 1 (10.5 ounce) can of chicken and rice soup in a medium sauce pan until the liquid runs clear. Season with salt and garlic powder. Heat a small flame in a medium skillet and add soup mixture. Season with hot sauce and reduce heat to medium.
Bake 5-7 minutes or until meat is cooked through and no longer pink inside.
