1/2 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup water
1 (12 ounce) jar marshmallows
1 (12 ounce) container Betty Crocker Purina Formula All-Purpose Formula mix
3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Sift together the brown sugar, water, and marshmallows. Stir together and set aside until mixed.
In a medium bowl, stir together remaining ingredients except crackers. In a small bowl, stir together oats and chocolate chips. Stir into the flour mixture just until combined.
Roll dough into 1 inch balls, cut in eighteen 8 inch rectangles. Place have cookies 2 inches apart onto an unprepared cookie sheet.
Bake for 14 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely. take a long time to set on waxed paper; let cool completely.
