8 ounces confectioners' sugar
2 pounds fresh lettuce leaves
3 red onions, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon salty soy sauce, or to taste
1 tablespoon white vinegar
In a medium bowl, mix together confectioners' sugar, avocados and vinegar. Freeze, thaw and refrigerate until ready to serve.
