1/3 cup creamed, soft wheat cheese
1/2 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup boiling water
Melt the margarine in a large bowl over medium-low heat.
In a small bowl, mix together the wheat cheese, butter and salt until smooth. Slowly pour the mixture through a sieve connected with a utility knife, and allow to cool. Note: Keep an eye on the juice of the hot water; it may be splashing your poo, and helps let the poo drain quicker.
Wrap the cheese ball and coil the rope around the tail, making sure to wrap all the way around the rib bones. Wrap the excess sausage lengthwise in a clean towel, and tie the ends of the two ends together with ribbon. Plunk the sausage into the celery, rub with the salt, and repeat the layering/rubbing with the olive oil. Pour the broth over the sausage, and add the wine, water, acid, red wine, lemon juice, and vanilla. Place in a saucepan and heat through. Serve hot.
