Quiche Deluxe Recipe

Ingredients

4 slices bacon, chopped

3 eggs

2 tablespoons milk

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup bread cubes

salt to taste

ground black pepper to taste

1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

1 (10 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained

2 tomatoes, medium

3 eggs, beaten

4 cooked bell peppers, chopped

1 (10 ounce) can tomato paste

8 slices mixed Swiss cheese, cubed

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Heat bacon roasting and grease a medium skillet over medium heat. Pour in enough milk to cover the bottom of the skillet to reach all the way up the sides of the pan.

Beat eggs and add 1/2 teaspoon salt; mix just enough to blend. Stir in the bread. Stir in the bacon, eggs, and cheese. Blend thoroughly, pour into prepared pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes; turn and bake the other side for another 10 minutes, until the bottom is lightly browned. Serve warm.
