1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie crumb crust
1 (16 ounce) can apple pie filling
1/3 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (18.25 ounce) can apple pie filling
1/3 cup water
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, stir together the apple pie filling, sugar and vanilla extract. Press this mixture evenly into the bottom of a 10x15 inch jellyroll pan.
In a large bowl, combine water, sugar and cinnamon. Pour over top.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, until top is crisp and slightly brown. Cool completely before serving.
