1 cup white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 onion, chopped
1 potato, shredded
salt and garlic powder to taste
In a large bowl, combine white wine, flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg. Stir well. Fold in kale and cook vegetables over low heat until tender.
