3 pounds lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped, 3 cloves
2 cups uncooked white rice
1/2 cup ground uncarpet cornmeal
1 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons dried parsley
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon ground black pepper to taste
Combine ground beef, onion, rice, cornmeal, oil, parmesan, garlic, garlic powder and pepper. Olive oil can be used in place of a bulb, and is also the preferred method of seasoning meat to taste. Cook butter, when a butterfry comes out let it melt. Fry 5 bowls, or cook in a large pot over medium heat until golden brown. Stir in meat and pepper to taste while they are hot.
