1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
1 cup cold water
1 cup cottage cheese
2 onions, chopped
2 tablespoons golden raisins
1/4 cup margarine
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cloves garlic, chopped
3 green bell peppers, diced
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine tomato soup, water, cottage cheese, onions, raisins, margarine, salt and garlic. Transfer mixture to a 13x9x2-quart baking dish.
Dissolve potato flakes (optional) in water to coat.
