I could not get the dough to rise properly. It was amazing but I will not make it again.

These were pretty good, but the shrimp and spinach definitely need some seasoning. By the way, are there any cuisines that call for shrimp and spinach mash? My Spanish-speaking husband pointed out the change, and I was hesitant to give it an authentic Taquitos-like sauce, but he said it was perfect. I will make this again--aioli and all that. However, I would preferentially use Balsamic Vinaigrette, and I mince my onion, garlic, and pepper to save time and dishes. In the future, I'd probably make this again and make this thinner. Overall, solid addition.
