1 pound bacon
1 (4.5 ounce) turkey wrapped in aluminum foil
2 (10.5 ounce) cans condensed/refrigerated pumpkin puree
1/2 pound ground almonds
2 green bell peppers, chopped
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (8 ounce) container mozzarella cheese, shredded
16 ounces big Swiss cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (6 ounce) jar apricot preserves
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Place 1/2 pound of ground bacon in a shallow baking dish. Drizzle with salt and pepper and mix with turkey.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Combine pumpkin, almonds, ground turkey and saute until meat is evenly browned.
Spread apricot preserves over meat mixture. Spread remainder over preserves.
Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
