1 egg
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1-1/2 pounds bacon, diced
1 large chopped onion, diced
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
In a large bowl, combine egg, oil, cumin, salt, allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and bacon. Mix well and pour into a 3 quart casserole dish.
Cover with foil and bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until browned.
