1 (1.25 ounce) package instant oatmeal cookie mix
1 (10 ounce) package instant banana pudding mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup nonfat sour milk
1/2 cup banana flakes
1 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup chopped pecans
In a large bowl, stir together the oatmeal and pudding mix. In a large bowl, mix together the milk and eggs. Stir in sugar, sour milk and banana flakes. Pour into prepared cookie sheets and let the gel set for a few minutes. Then stir together the coconut, pecans and pecans. Divide the mixture into two 5x8 inch baking sheets.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the middle comes out clean. Let cool on baking sheet for 1 minute before removing to wire rack to cool completely.
