2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 (4 ounce) can tomato paste
1 small head zucchini, sliced
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 teaspoons dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried Italian-style seasoning
1 pinch dried basil
1 pinch dried oregano
1/2 cup evaporated milk
salt and pepper to taste
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute zucchini until tender, about 3 minutes; while stirring, cook onion and garlic until tender. Stir in basil, oregano, basil, oregano, Italian-style seasoning, salt and pepper. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
