1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon white sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 cup butter
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a large bowl.
In a medium bowl combine cream cheese, cream cheese, and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Mix well, then stir in egg and milk. Combine egg mixture with dry ingredients, mix until well blended.
Press half of the mixture into two 9-inch pie pans. In a medium bowl, sift together the remaining 1/2 cup sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and butter. Pour over pie layers. Bake in preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until golden brown and set in center.
For topping: In a medium bowl combine 1/2 cup of milk, 1/3 cup of sugar, vanilla extract and 1/2 cup of butter. Beat until creamy.
