2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1/2 cup chopped pecans

3/4 cup rolled oats

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup raisins

1/2 cup butter, softened

1 cup white sugar

1 cup rolled oats

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup raisins

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a medium bowl, stir together the oats, brown sugar, egg and vanilla. Stir in the flour, salt, and oats. Stir in the pecans and raisins.

Place the dough in a greased 8x8 inch baking pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool completely before serving.
