I went ahead and made Chanel from this too but it might be that I'd start with the electrical color and work my way down to the lighter shades. I used olive oil instead of vegetable oil and it was fine for the first few batches but after about 3/4 cup of boiling water,, the color turned bright amber and was off.meaning my oil didn't have enough to start with and so I'd have to add some next time. Won't be using cocoa powder again though...
