6 rough whole cloves
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 medium russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup hominy
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).
Make the garlic salt a little bit more greasy with olive oil, or a little by heating it in a microwave oven in an oven grill until most of the grease (oil) has melted.
Boil the potatoes in a small sauce pan of milk and water until tender (about 5 minutes). Give the potatoes some more milk, if necessary, only soften the potato and cooking time.
When the potatoes begin to soften, add the Buffalo Ranch Dressing to the potatoes. Gently whisk this dressing around the potatoes, adding more water as necessary. When the potatoes are tender, whisk in cheese, hominy, and Parmesan cheese. Pour this all over the potatoes and top with more milk if necessary.
