Roasted Olive, Figs and Green Beans Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 pound small oil-packed red or green figs

1 small green bean, rinsed and dried

2 tablespoons tomato paste

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon beef bouillon granules

1 tablespoon chicken broth

2 tablespoons dry white wine

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon beef bouillon granules

4 tablespoons white wine

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon wine

chopped black olives

1 lemon

1 (1 pound) loaf French bread

Directions

Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Saute figs in oil until tender. Stir in green beans, tomato paste, lemon juice, broth, wine and lemon juice. Simmer, covered, for 5 minutes.

Stir the lemon juice in wine and lemon juice in water, drop in golden figs and cook, uncovered, for 4 to 5 more minutes. Cool before serving with bread cubes.
