1/2 cup chicken broth
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
3 carrots, cubed
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon sesame oil
In a large bowl, combine chicken broth, garlic, salt, lemon juice, soy sauce, carrots, onion, green pepper and sesame oil. Transfer, cover and refrigerate overnight to mix seasonings.
