2 pounds smoked salmon, sliced into 1 inch cubes
1 lemon, juiced
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

6 (8 ounce) containers sour cream
sour cream with bacon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place salmon cubes in a shallow dish and spread with orange juice. Mix sour cream, cheese and bacon; pour mixture over salmon cubes. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 45 minutes.
