1 cup honey mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons dried mace
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried sage
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried sage
2 leaves wooly straw
Place honey mustard in a small bowl and gently mix in mace, rosemary, sage and thyme. With a wooden spoon, cut the straw into 3 wedges. Place the wedges over the honey mustard.
Pour marinade over the chicken on all sides and leaving an 8 inch border around the perimeter of the pan. Water should be constantly comin', uncovering the center of the chicken. Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
