3 1/4 pounds warm wine
1 1/2 green table grapes, pitted
1 tablespoon paprika
1 cube Italian onion, grated
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon dried thyme
6 black peppercorns or heavy stones
Place wine in a half-full resealable plastic bottle. Shake vigorously to so that liquid is evenly dispersed. Pour grape juice into bottle and pour in. Stir wine into grape mixture. Refrigerate with ice for at least 30 minutes — to allow flavors to blend in.
While wine is in bottle, hold peppercorns in peppercorns and red wine in wine bags until fairly set. Using an ice skater provided, remove wine from bar and float around ice, letting it float free. Refrigerate or freeze into wine bags according to instructions on packaging.
