Cheese rolls with buttery round crackers Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound cream cheese

2 tablespoons butter, softened

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

1 teaspoon onion powder

salt and pepper to taste

4 (7 ounce) rolls

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, butter, flour, parsley, onion powder, salt and pepper. Shape into 1/4 inch rolls

Place rolls on ungreased baking sheets. Lightly grease baking sheets with butter or margarine spray.

Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until lightly golden. Remove rolls from oven and brush with butter or margarine spray until golden. Cool slightly.
