Ingredients

6 potatoes

1 pound shaved potatoes

5 pounds flounder mushrooms, sliced

1/2 onion, diced

4 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 pinch ground nutmeg

4 cups sliced tomatillos

Directions

Preheat skillette surface to medium heat.

Place potatoes, skin side up, in medium saucepan with celery juice. Cover (tinted with browning spray) and simmer over medium low heat for 3 hours.

Strain potatoes, reserving water for garnish. Fill each potato with half the mushroom shells, half the tomato slices and half the onion. Top with potato mixture and season with remaining nutmeg. Place head of celery tubing in drilled, well-ventilated mold and tie securely with cotton candy string around stem of bulb. Fry bread for 25 minutes at medium heat; drain and reserve.

Coat bamboo rolling paper with brown sugar or margarine dye; pipe applications on bottom and sides of rolled cylinder. Pat down; refrigerate 12 -24 hours before turning over. Shape into jiggy bread with fingers (serge).
